We seek your personal information only to reach out to you on your queries raised on our contact form. It may be related to anything including an enquiry about our services. This is a voluntary information that you submit when seeking an enquiry or applying for our services via our website’s contact form, email or a phone call to our or joining our different panel for collaborations in research projects. This collection of information is solely for communication purpose between our company and yourself.

We use your personal information only for communication purpose relevant to the engagement you seek with us. We have given option on our contact form for you to become a collaborator and contributor with us. By collaborator and contributor, we mean someone who is willing to participate in research studies whether as a respondent, a mystery shopper, a subject matter expert or any other form. If you opt to become a survey respondent, your personal information will only be used for the purposes stated in the survey in line with market research guidelines. For the purpose of statistical analysis, we only use aggregated data or can use and share your personal information if during the survey you have given us the permission to do so. You may choose to opt-out from sharing your personal information while also continue to be a respondent. We collect your personal information in order to reach out to your queries, support you in working with us in any capacity, share information about our services, allow your to participate in a survey or a research project, contact you for various initiatives that we undertake and in general to answer our client’s business issues by researching the right profile and user of their particular products or services.

In such a case, in order to proceed with your request, we would require a legally acceptable identification document. Shopmetric's Privacy Policy

Our website contains links to Shopmetrics website whose reporting platform we subscribe to. We use the platform specifically for mystery shopping studies. It is a requirement for our mystery shoppers to accept the privacy policy of Shopmetrics in order for us to proceed with the creation of their profile as shoppers. In order to register you as a Mystery Shopper/Auditor/Inspector, we would need certain personal information which is only taken in order to assign you certain work according to your profile. As such the information we may seek would include your personal information as per our contact form.

Security of Privacy Information

We have SSL enabled on our website for security and our hosting service provider provides secure data storage and maintains strict confidentiality of all personal information collected via the web contact form. We do not keep any personal information that is irrelevant or not needed unless you have provided that to us voluntarily or required by law. We use emails as communication mode and realize that they may not be fully secure and would request you to please encrypt all emails for further security. However, please note that information communicated over internet and email may not be completely safe and as such we do not guarantee loss of your personal information in the process resulting in misuse by third parties.
